Well it worked out, but I still would've stuck with Woodruff. The pen will be gassed tomorrow, and already is tonight, so winning this one after having a six run lead is a must.

I sincerely hope that CC doesn't go to the Knebel well once too often tomorrow night though.

I feel we got REALLY lucky that inning, don't tempt fate.

Wow, Knebel has been huge lately. This team is so much better with old Knebel back.

That wasn't really old Knebel. That was more like old Knebel mixed with August Knebel except with a horseshoe in his pocket.

Not that I really blame him, he is probably running on fumes at this point.

Agreed 100%......

Might as well toss Knebel out there for another innings. Heck, just finish it off!
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

I will say that this "rule" about arguing balls and strikes being a no-no is crap. The strike zone is some taboo, like not admitting you have a favorite child?

I mean, we deserve it damnit, but we've been incredibly lucky tonight with some of our moves.

Even in 2011 we really didn't catch any breaks. It's about time.

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

Sigh, of relief, and this isn’t the playoffs even , idk if I can handle this ..... lol

This is reason enough to pull even harder for the division. I'm not sure there will be any stomach linings left in the state of Wisconsin if we go to a single-elimination situation.

Counsel wins, right again.

Not even close to true, but I'm happy.

Zero runs. Would Woody have done that? We don't know, but we DO know Knebel gave up 0. No extra credit for how it gets done.

A pen with 15 guys being gassed is hard to do. May have to pitch Jennings and Barnes more than you want but win tonight it's all good.

The game would be unwatchable.

I hope that was sarcasm FV.

Decisions can't simply be judged on results. Bad decisions can have good results and good decisions can have bad results.
