The HP umpire (Mike Everett) has done a really nice job so far with the zone, hopefully he didn’t get concussed there.
Not just “at Night” anymore.

Mid game interviews with the manager? Or anyone not a starter from the night before? Gag, please stop.

They were doing this awfulness in the NBA playoffs usually to start a 4th quarter. It's terrible. Let the coaches and managers focus on the game. It's not April 12th.

Not to mention the questions are dumb and it makes it so awkward. Does anyone like that kind of interview?

He doesn't have command of anything that isn't a fastball.....that's concerning

Yea, I think if the off speed pitch had command he would have gotten Turner.

Woodruff = 45 pitches.

Do they let him go out for the 4th?

No way! Probably shouldn't have finished that inning, but 1 ER is not the end of the world.

No, they are starting to catch up with the fastball and that is all he has. I'd go Suter next.

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

Now let’s score more runs. Don’t let momentum keep going their way.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Took until that last batter to see a couple of good off-speed pitches in a row. Just enough to make you wonder if it's worth it to send him back out.

I have a bad feeling about Suter. Just feels like luck is eventually going to run out. He has had some very close calls and breaks go his way in innings.

Need to get him stretched out if we're going to have a chance in the next round. Worth the gamble, in my opinion.
