Ball just jumps off Hiura's bat...assuming he makes contact

Put it this way: He's rebounded nicely from a slump. I think he's OK, and he's drawing walks. His 0-for-19 start had 10 strikeouts, no walks. But since then, he's put up a .988 OPS, he's got 4 walks to 6 strikeouts, and he is making good contact.

I'm less worried about him, and more worried about getting Yelich's back issues fixed.

I just see Yelich having consistent back issues from now on. He missed games in 2018 and 2019 for sure because of the back and it might not be chronic yet but as he ages.....

I feel like it's pretty much a given. Once you have back problems it stays with you for life. Mine started at age 14. It can also be set off by anything, I once threw my back out just opening the oven door.

Anyone having issues watching this game in WI. My parents aren’t able to watch tonight on Spectrum. Weird. It’s not on National tv is it?

I have it on Spectrum, but it's on Bally Sports Wisconsin Plus. Way up on channel 310 for me in Appleton.

Also can’t find it on Spectrum at my in-laws in the Eau Claire area. Lame.

That's ridiculous. Just because his back is tweaked doesn't mean he'll have the problem for life.

I'm not stating it as fact. If it hypothetically did it also doesn't mean it will ever be worse than a mild issue.

Edit: I guess my 2nd sentence reads like I'm stating a fact but clearly I have zero basis for putting that on someone else just because of my own experiences.

I don't know that it's a given either for sure, but he has missed multiple games at least three times in his career due to his back. At the very least, it's quite concerning to be happening to a guy who is still only in his 20s.

Somebody last year brought up how much Sophia says "He said"during one of her segments and I never really noticed it until it was brought up here and now it annoys the hell out of me. So thanks for that whoever you are you ******* ******* **** ******** ******* ******.

Anderson throws 6 innings of 1 run ball?

I'll take it!

Any chance he comes out for the 7th? He has what, 83 pitches?

EDIT: Anderson in the on deck circle.

Anderson really is like the perfect #5 for this team with the defense we have. Not that said defense has helped him out much tonight.

Shaw. 2 for 18

That was a nice rip. Hopefully the end of a bad streak for him

Hmm Counsell letting Anderson pitch out of 1st and 2nd 0 outs. Anderson 7ip 1 R.

Houser 4 1/3 1R 73pitches record for starters of 5IP giving up 1R or less in progress? Pulls him. This could be 10 Straight performances.

Shaw has hit into some bad luck.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

If Urias has truly forgotten how to throw the ball to first base .. I wonder what Arcia would cost to get off the Braves. He's got ML experience and is currently in the minors...
