Just two hits. That was a clinic.

Did they even hit a ball hard today?  I don't think so.  All four pitchers were on point.

I didn’t expect to see that the Reds would get shut out in back to back games at any time after June 6.

I’ll take it.

They should be coming down to earth so I’m not surprised.  Just like the 2007 brewers don’t throw them fastballs

The Run Prevention Unit is humming!  💯

I still don’t know if this is a reference to the offense or pitching.   😀

Baseball is the best game...had the Brewers lost 1-0 the last two games rather than won....somehow...this 162 game season would be a near disaster...instead, it seems like we put the Reds in their place and should cruise to a division title. Neither are remotely true....but still, Cheers tonight!

I’m not a Dillard fan

I do like Vinny Rottino

I know a lot of folks aren’t. I think he does fine.  Seems to have improved.  Definitely a huge rah rah homer but I’m ok with having some of that.  I like Rottino too.

I agree...Dillard has toned down the ridiculousness to be an average color guy.  He was cringe worthy at the start, trying a bit too hard.

With a win tomorrow, the Brewers' would clinch the season series over the Reds and thus the divisional tiebreaker....

Tomorrow or Sunday

Would have thought Wayne Franklin and Glendon Rusch would have done that a few times back in the day.

Every time anyone brings up Glendon Rusch, I'm obligated to bring up the time he walked off the Mets (?) with a bunt single. Second best hit in Brewer history, and would be number 1 if not for Tony Plush 😉.

I think they're both fine, but I'm not easily bothered by tv people.

Did someone say, "tomorrow?"

Smart thinking of the Brewers to rest the bats with Burnes-Peguero-Payamps-Williams pitching. Now go out and score 9 tomorrow and 14 on Sunday.

Don't enjoy watching Abbott pitch. Doesn't seem like he should be good and he looks like actor Jesse Plemons

I was away from home yesterday and couldn’t see the game but was following its progress.

Consecutive 1-0 wins over the Reds is the last thing I would have expected when we left the game last Saturday.

At the risk of sounding greedy, the Brewers could really use a game (or more) that they can win without using so many of the key pieces in the bullpen. Those have been few and far between lately and the recharge from the All Star break won’t last long.

Yelich is hitting .348 the last 30 games.

Serviceable.

Yes … he’s been on fire for the past month after a three year hiatus … reminiscent of 2018-2019

He was - however - 0-4 last night with a K … reminiscent of 2020-2022 😉
