There's no way. The Brewers know what they have here. 

Hoskins is going to be a situational hitter and Vaughn likely going to get days off here and there. Vaughn will get the bulk of at bats.

Yup. There’s basically no difference between a solo HR and a walk up 5-3 in the 9th. That pitch may have been a little *too* good, but I’d much rather him pound the zone and get ahead than nibble and then all of the sudden be down 3-1 and lose him.
