He's primarily a DH, and just crossed the .800 barrier for OPS. He might hit the top 10 (even that might be a stretch).  I just don't see any way he even SNIFFS top five.

Yeah, he won’t be close. He had a great night. Part of the beauty of the makeup of this team is that we don’t really have a legitimate star, and any of the guys could be our best guy on any given night.

Todays' game was why I (incorrectly) was skeptical of Misiorowski coming up when he did. I thought we'd see more of what we saw tonite from him. At the end of the day, it was after fifteen days off & without a rehab start, so disappointing but not totally unexpected.

Even with the ten runs, you gotta give this one to the BP for restoring order.

Before the game, I was looking at no Collins, no Perkins (and still no Chourio) & jokingly thought that the way things were going, no problem, Lockridge would just pick up two or three knocks. At least I THOUGHT I was joking. This is almost starting to feel like an illegal amount of fun lol.

Well we should get an extra year out of Miz now at least, big turn from a month ago.

He’s going to be great, but he still has more work to do.

He’s going to be a fun guy to have moving forward. I have no illusions of him being a contributor for us in the playoffs this year.

12 game winning streak, dominating teams and this many people turned it off when they were losing??? Yikes

I never turned it on. Didn't have time and I assume it was streamed somewhere else when I check FanDuel.

That's it it's pretty cool being much more optimistic about a world series appearance than I am a super bowl appearance.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. Murphy gets beat up a lot (rightfully so!) for his pen usage... but if he really played matchups right there and didn't stick to the tiring "each guy has his inning" thing ... I applaud him. Other than Megill I love having all guys available at all times.

I do worry about Uribe holding up.  He's making a big jump in appearances from last season.

Anyone worried about Miz performance today

Eh, he’s a young pitcher in his first year in the bigs. I’m surprised this didn’t happen sooner.

I am just stunned. I can’t believe what I just witnessed tonight! Whatever honorary poster gets printed about this team- no matter what happens for postseason- I’m buying 50 and giving them as Christmas gifts…

best summer of Crew watching ever.

Not really.  He really should've had a rehab start with the time off to get his control back.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Nice!  I've been a very good boy this year!

Murphy is 170-113 as a manager. He just hit the .600 mark with this win.

That’s pretty good for a guy who can’t manage his bullpen … really impressive 😉

It's also humid and gross out in this part of the country so that could also play into the control piece too
