This ump has called multiple balls in the strike zone balls while Chacin is pitching, and has called multiple pitches strikes that are outside of the strike zone (according to gameday) while the Brewers are hitting. I haven't seen the Brewers get a break either hitting or pitching, but have seen plenty of breaks go the Rockies way
