2019-04-15: Cardinals (Hudson) at Brewers (Peralta) [Brewers win, 10-7 -- Christian Yelich gives away a puppy, hits 3 home runs, tallies 7 RBI, makes sliding and diving catches, sheepishly obliges to curtain call]

[pacopete4]

If it were just one pitcher it wouldn’t be that big of a deal but it’s like, all of them. Fire the pitching coach already. Send a message.

[Brew crew 92]

Has to throw harder than 90 to start the game. I don’t understand the low velo, is he not warming up in bullpen correctly? It’s every game.

[trwi7]

Stat cast had those 2 homers at a combined 905 feet......lol

Honestly surprised it’s only that much. Both of those were crushed.

All of Burnes/Peralta/Woodruff excelled & exceeded expectations under Hook's tutelage in the minors.

I'm willing to give everybody a little more time.

It's the top of 2nd inning of the 17th game of the season.

We are in first place.

Lorenzo Cain is cool.

[dlk9s]

I'm sure glad our lineup can mash.

[xisxisxis]

What's wrong with Dakota Hudson... He has pitches of different speeds and different movements... What is that?

[82brewcrew82]

Cardinals probably need a new pitching coach.

[Brew crew 92]

Peralta can’t throw ALL FBs, certainly not 90-92. Curve ball needs thrown least 30% of the time at that velo. He has a change up but never throws it. Maybe he needs to go down and throw 70% curves and change ups for 2-3 starts. Houser can come up.

[PinaMadness]

I just noticed Ron "I can do anything I want" Culpa is behind the plate tonight.

[dlk9s]

This Pina/Thames/Gamel lineup is basically the equivalent of our classic Sunday lineups, but man, it's a lot better.

[PinaMadness]

Say what you want about our SR, but they can sure rake. Edited April 16, 2019 by PinaMadness

That throw from CF was among the worst I have ever seen.

& yet, he has given up three runs to this point, more than our pitcher with only a lonely fastball.

[FVBrewerFan]

I hate all these 42s, too confusing.

Ineffective?

[markedman5]

Boy were they playing Peralta deep,in center.......no way that should have dropped....

[82brewcrew82]

That throw from CF was among the worst I have ever seen.

Including little league.

[mtrebs]

Come on Yelich, let’s make it a crooked number!

[adambr2]

That had to be the worst throw from CF in MLB history. Just wow.

[82brewcrew82]

Come on Yelich, let’s make it a crooked number!

Uh, it's already a crooked number.

[Montezuma]

Fun game to watch...

[adambr2]

Eddie puts up the stop sign after seeing that throw?
