Has a player ever accounted for 3-outs in one inning?

Ill cut Urias some slack since he got it off to a good start in the 1st.

We just started watching Joe Pera Talks With You and there's an episode where he hears The Who for the first time that paints a pretty good picture.

In 3 separate ABs I don’t think so.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

I don’t think it has happened. My dad did it in a Home Talent league game many years ago. I set out to find if it had been done in the major leagues and the guy who researched it said no. Team would have to score a minimum of 15 runs in an inning to make it happen. Dad made an out, they batted around, he made the second out, batted around again, dad made the third out. Pretty cool, in a weird way

Don't run on Hunter.

That should do it for Corbin. 6 strong tonight when we needed it. Made Mets hitters other than McNeil look absolutely foolish. That's what an ace does. Looking forward to having our other aces back, starting with Woodruff.
