Yeah they always use that term….hopefully that’s all it is ….. fingers crossed

Despite my hospital experience lately, I'm not always up on terminology.  😁

I'm assuming "contusion" is a bruise?

Questions are a burden.   And answers a prison for one's self.

Nm. I was wrong

Yes a bump/bruise.

They always call it a contusion…….bruise…..sometimes it ends up being X-rayed later.

A sweet sweep. No reason to apologize for Harper being out or missing Wheeler.

The amazing thing is how the Brewers have contained the Phillies offense in Philly the last two seasons.

Last year they were swept by scores of 3-1, 2-1, and 2-0 and this year the Phillies did little except for the garbage runs in the 9th yesterday.

Right. I will not conclude nothing is broken until they determine and announce that. So many small bones in that area that can be broken and cause problems.

Now that he has been hitting it would really be a shame if he has to miss games in the Reds series. That’s a park where any ball hit in the air has a chance to be a homer, and yelich has flourished there.

I think we should pull Eric Thames out of retirement to face the reds.

He had ridiculous numbers against them including 10 home runs in that one season against the reds I believe.

A road sweep of the Phillies, oh yeah. The offense is starting to get more consistent and the pitching staff is getting to full strength.

Bring on the Reds

I posted this somewhere else but Turang despite the drop in production still looked really solid in May especially so if you take out the days around him being sick. I think he's due for some good batted ball luck going forward.
