next half dozen for me are Brailyn Antunez, Sawyer Strosnider, and Dylan O'Rae for the hitters plus Cameron Wagoner, Wande Torres, and Julian Garcia for the pitchers.

side note, I probably would have slotted Ragsdale and Frias in at #10 and #11 after Ebel the elder.

There are still 30 players or so that probably are in consideration for the top 20. I give the DSL trio and Bitonti the nod over the rest based on age and upside.

Again, really tough to fit guy into the top 20. We will miss Ragsdale and Frias, as far as they look like they will be legit pros, and I think we could have gotten a lot more for them in the offseason or after another year.  That being said, there is a Corey Ray type feel with Ragsdale with quite a bit of swing and miss. The two hyped up players from most Brewers fans are Fischer and Burke. I still see Burke swing at some really bad pitches, and I see Fischer missing quite a bit in-zone.  Not sure if the actual stats match my eyes, but it still leads to a little bit more hesitation on my part. Adams came back red hot, but has cooled down a little since. I still like the overall tools. I expect the DSL crew to really climb up the prospect rankings next year, if there was room I would have added Frontado next. 

Antunez is probably one that I have ranked higher than most, but for a power guy, he still has some speed and has cut down a bit on his swing and miss. He is so young, that I believe if he puts in the work like Made and Pena, last summer, he could be great. It might be a little more of a challenge being that Juan Martinez and Frias--those that progressed along side of him are gone.  

JD Thompson has turned it up lately, and I'm really interested in what he turns into after a full healthy off season to gain more strength.  Owens is another guy who I think has to be close to being considered in the future if he keeps this up.

Some might have kicked Dylan O'Rae out by this point, but the Brewers love him, and I can see why.  It's obviously the speed that is the key tool, but his hit tool has really improved. He has kind of fallen off in the last couple months, but he may also be hitting a wall after not playing last year.  We are starting to see more doubles/at bat and home runs are still small, but have increased.  Could he somehow become like a Scooter or Turang where they dont picture him to have power, but it still will grow every year.  I dont think it will grow to Scooter heights or Turang heights, but I can start to see double digits if we see added strength over the next 2 years.  

Overall, the Brewers have been taking quite a few younger pitchers in the draft, so I'm not too surprised by the down year, but I think we will start to see a bit of progress in the last month or two.  As of now, I need to still see more consistency in Hardin, Letson, Knoth to have them ranked higher.  I dont think I have him on the list, but I see a world where Dubanewicz could also leap into the top 10 next year along with these 3.
