Here's hoping it is Yelich and Cain return day.

[brooks_quichenick]

Hopefully they can get the game in, looks like rain tonight in Philly.

[Cool Hand Lucroy]

Rain would not ve the worst thing from the Crew's perspective....day off would help, and you'd think 7-inning DHs would help a team with good SP and a strong back-emd bullpen.

GENIUS!! Quick throw a wrench in the Miller Park Roof while it's open!!!

Looks like rain the next two nights as well, so they are going to have to try to get the game in.

Weather forecast is certainly not looking promising this evening.

[OldSchoolSnapper]

Game is most definitely not happening, but the names in that lineup card are nice to see.

Keston Hiura news:

The radar looks okay right now, just a little drizzly. Unless something develops it doesn't look like real rain until 9 or 10 tonight our time.

[bm1090]

Based on the radar I'd guess they get the game in, but it won't be without stoppages. Storms are in the forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday as well so they are going to have to try.

Lineup just looks so much better with Yelich in there.

.730 OPS Cain would be a bright spot in this offense.

[OldSchoolSnapper]

Speaking of, what happens with Cain's contract after his opt out? Does it extend for 2021, 2022 and 2023? Just a wash on last year?

It looks like a whole new lineup with him and Cain back.

I think it counts and he didn't get paid, or maybe got the minimum or something. Pretty sure this is the 4th year of the 5 year deal.

[SRB]

Phew, we have an offense again!

[JRob1125]

Welcome back!

[markedman5]

Cain definitely returned

[bm1090]

Cain do some lifting in his year off?

[liveforoctober]

Welcome back LoCain.

[ThisIsMyCrew]

What a difference already!

[RollieTime]

Just because I’ve had people say recently it doesn’t really happen, but Nottingham is benched the game after hitting 2 home runs. For a team that is the worst or close to the worst offensively in all of baseball.

You have a guy who hits a home run or two and gets benched. Happened 3 times last year when a player hit two home runs in a game. Here is one again for the worst offense in baseball. Good play is not rewarded.
