So you sacrificed your starter who was dealing after 4 innings and still got jack out of it.

Great job, Counsell. Great job, Brewers offense.

It's the 5th inning. Let Freddy stand there. You PH in the 7th, not there. Hate the call but of course our execution is even worse. As many said the offense is going to kill this team. They're good enough to go really far if having a good stretch, but when they are bad they make games virtually unwinnable.

You can hang this on CC if we blow it in the next 2 innings. Of course if we score 0 again, I could have thrown a complete game and given up 30 runs.

Trying to come up with a silver lining...Anderson looked vulnerable, some good ABs that inning. Pitching needs to put up more zeros.

Good AB by Wong so far. He seems to be seeing it well. Now smack one to RF down the line.

Swinging at ball 4 wasn’t so good.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Very questionable decision making there. But gah is this offense tough to watch. My fortune for a couple guys who can put good contact on the ball.

They had second and third with nobody out when they've been scoring nothing and they came up completely empty. There is no silver lining. They could just as easily go down 1-2-3 next inning.

Ned yost thinks this offense is just fine. It’ll be just fine.

The silver lining it our bullpen is still very strong, Anderson looked shaky and is up to 84 pitches through 5, and we had a fair amount of better atbats there...also we've generally had better atbats against the braves bullpen arms

That falls into the category of baseball is cruel.

What more can Cain and Wong do there? And Vogelbach put a ball in play on a tough pitch.

I understand going for the PH. It's a close call, but Bogey is your best shot to score a run.

I'm fine with the move. The offense has been terrible and even one run could win it. You have Houser who can pitch the rest of the game if need be. Just didn't work out.
