Okay, no one started this one, so I will. Rough July. 11-13, 4-8 at home(!), 7-5 on the road.

May 16-12

July 11-13

August has 28 games scheduled, including a doubleheader at Cincinnati at the end of the month.

I'll go 16-12. They need to play at least that well. If they do, they will be 18 over .500 beginning in September. Then, if they played .500 in September, they would have 90 wins. StL and Pit would need to go 34-19 the rest of the way to catch them.

I looked it up. After you predicted a 12-16 April and a 12-18 May, the team did the exact opposite at 34-24. So you sat out June and July until they started July with a 5-8 record, then chimed in. Now you are back with an 11-17 prediction after dropping some snark in the optimism thread. I get to add you to my ignore list, I guess.

I mean he predicted 16-12. Not 19-9. So....

Honestly, who cares. Everything that poster posted was factual. You can do whatever you want ultimately, but don't act like the rest of us can't see right through the shtick.

Anyways, tough series to open the month, but I still feel pretty good about my 15-13 prediction. Bullpen getting healthier (Hudson, Megill, etc.) is going to be key imo along with some positive regression on offense from guys like Contreras and Hoskins.
