That’s gutting out a series as much as you’ll ever see. We’re not back on track, but I’ll take it for now.

Sproat’s performance is probably more exciting than the win itself… if he can put it together …(his stuff does play, that’s for sure), this rotation could be much deeper than expected, especially when Priester returns.

Good series win against the Blue Jays in honor of Garner, hard fought. That 1992 team was great, just couldn't quite catch the Blue Jays that year.

Was just thinking this. The swings of baseball are crazy.

It’s why he’s the MVP of the team and I don’t think it’s close. We may never know how much of a difference he makes for the pitching staff.

I would have given anything to see that team in the playoffs, just to give Yount and Molitor one more crack at a ring. They had a team that could have done it I think.

Have to give them a ton of credit for figuring out a way to stop the bleeding.  Next couple of weeks are about trying to scratch out enough wins to play .500 ball and hope they get some breaks on the health front in May.
