The fact that Tampa hasn't used its best relief pitcher yet is pretty wild.

Reminds me of when Buck Showalter failed to use Zach Britton during that 11-inning wild card game in 2016.

May should be motivated. He could potentially make himself A LOT of money tonight.

Yeah, true, but the guy is just so intense, I wonder if that’s the opposite of helpful. He needs some Bobby Diesel vibes.

It is May Day!!!!!!!

Well, I won' be as nervous with a 3-0 series lead, but expect it to be a spooktacticle outing.

For some guys, being emotionally demonstrative helps them. For others it takes them out of their game. I have no idea how it is with May. He may simply be pitching to his ceiling as a middle of the rotation vet either way.

Dodgers didn’t use Diaz until game 4 either

Surprised it's not Drohan. Lefties give them trouble but they must feel good about May.

Because their two best hitters at the top are Diaz and Caminero.

Probably going with May's experience, plus Diaz and Caminero are righties (I'm assuming R/R splits play, but could be wrong). I would guess they won't keep May longer than once through the order, unless he's just looking unhittable, and even then, maybe not.

I said this last night as well... this entire post season the Brewers have faced an opposing closer in a save situation 1 time and it was perhaps our best night.

No save situations for the opposition (knock on wood) otherwise for an entire playoff run is actually ludicrous.

I think a few of the regulars aren't posting much during the games.  I know that I haven't been posting during the games, just before and after.  I just want to take it all in, and not be distracted by anything!

It's hard to take it all in.

If I commit to the game away from the forum for 10 minutes, the popup will come up saying there were 45 posts.  I'm not going through all of them -- maybe the last 10.

Questions are a burden.   And answers a prison for one's self.

Technically not. Sal and G-Mitch switched places.

I did not even catch that……Murph just couldn’t do it 4 games in a row!

If I ran operations, I would have a full sized cardboard cutout of Ueck to bring to the platform during the trophy presentation.

Same lineup……shocking development 😎

I kinda thought Lara might get a start here with Frelick looking a little worse for wear after his catch last night, but don't overthink it...
