I'm not going to harp on Kratz starting but I will harp on Nottingham not at least getting an AB last night. After we were up 8-0 the Sheriff should have finished the game behind the plate. I'm pretty sure AARP insurance won't cover a guy if he catches 3 full games in a row, especially when one of those is a day game after a night game.

So this is basically a bullpen day for the Reds unless Lorenzen is extremely efficient early on. If Anderson keeps the ball in the ballpark then I like our chances.

Five straight right handed pitchers (2 against the Reds) and not a single start is further indication that he won't likely by on the NLDS roster if they make it that far. Still think he would be on the Wild Card roster.
