2018-10-20 (NLCS Game #7): Dodgers (Buehler) at Brewers (Chacín) 7:09 PM CDT [Brewers lose, 5-1 -- 2018 Season Comes to a Close]

[Harold Hutchison]

Now, the Crew is toast.

[Ron Robinsons Beard]

Welp ... gonna need to pull a rabbit out of their heads now

[Invader3K]

Well, that feels like a backbreaker. Dammit.

[82brewcrew82]

Yeah, so that happened.

[HarveysWBs]

I have nothing good to say, so like my momma taught me, I’m not going to say anything at all

[topper09er]

um, well, our only hope is if we dont all try to tie it up on one swing

[coolhandluke121]

What a nightmare series for Jeffress. Just awful.

[Boomer5]

That’s that. It was a great run but we don’t have the offense to keep up with the better teams.

Still a great season.

[RightFieldCoder]

I can't accept one run in a loss. Just will be gutted.

Don't have to worry about that now.

[MrTPlush]

Jeffress was at absolute worthless dud all postseason. Thanks for nothing bud.

[jason21nl]

Incredibly late on FB. So you hang one

[YelichPosse]

Welp. And they are a bunch of POs’s As well.

[adambr2]

Reality is setting in for me that we are not going to the World Series.

[bucks2281]

Poetic

[WinkelsasVsSoriano]

Of all the people. I don't know who would be worse, him or Machado. Now that just stings like crazy. Please, come back. I don't know how. And I don't feel like they will. But I just want to make his celebration look stupid. Ugh. JJ just really hasn't had it this postseason, save for one game. Edited October 21, 2018 by WinkelsasVsSoriano

Crap. Crap. Crap. 2 mistakes.

[phnxcrew]

And you lose to Puig. The dodgers don't deserve anything with their roster of human trash.

[Brewcrewin07]

You just sensed it coming after that catch by Taylor, and after Bellinger beat out that grounder at least i did. This was the downside to using Hader so early..Oh well, what a season it was.

[Ron Robinsons Beard]

Incredibly late on FB. So you hang one

Pitch selection was horrible there. He was chasing high heat all day.

[coolhandluke121]

JJ walks a fine line. Not nearly as much margin of error as Hader or Knebel.

[YelichPosse]

Why’s it feel that the 2 things that cost us the series are the offense and JJ ? Ugh damn it

[MrTPlush]

Reality is setting in for me that we are not going to the World Series.

Yup, and who knows when we will ever get this close again. Hopefully before my 2 year old graduates college.

[NievesNoNO]

Well, this is still why you need starting pitching. Sucks. I'm better like this as apposed to a 13 inning loss.

[ThisIsMyCrew]

Inning turned the moment cedeno came in...

[brewcrewdue80]

Another ground ball hit against Cedeno. Now everyone will keep saying he sucks and can't get lefties out. Dang.

Just looked but he's allowed at least 1 base runner in 9 of his last 11 outings. covering 3.2IP of outs. 11 baserunners in 11outs. He's been terrible, but not as terrible as Jeffress this series.
