Seriously? The ball took a lucky bounce.

I didnt get to see it, what happened?

Passed ball but bounced RIGHT back to the catcher. Grandal was stuck in no mans land, not much that could be done.

Wild pitch with a guy on 3rd and catcher turned around and ball bounced right into his mit.

Wild pitch hit the bricks or the backstop and went directly back to the catcher. Grandal was hung out to dry and was tagged out trying to get back to third. Absolutely nothing he could do

If this team is garbage, what does that make this IGT?
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

This board will be an empty wasteland once this team is ACTUALLY bad again. Have some perspective in your "hot takes"

Huh? You don't know much about the quality fans on this site, most of the time posting when the team didn't have much hope for playoffs... terribly and shamefully inaccurate.

Considering the quality of opponents, I’ll file this .500 road trip under “solid” and move on to better days ahead. This team should only get better, assuming health. Keep the faith.

Brandon Woodruff = STOPPER!

Hopefully Woody pitches another gem today, and the Brewers can escape with a .500 road trip.

He did......man he is stud.

That was a big game to pull out. I hate going into an off day after the Brewers get swept because it puts me in a sour mood for almost 3 days.
Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Driving on a road trip now, so listened to Jim Powell on the drive. They said the play where Counsell was ejected was unreviewable, but should have been foul. And earlier this week the Brewers thought they threw someone out on the same play and it was ruled foul. Amazing how every Brewers replay or call seems to go against them

Ed Sedar needs to be canned. The guy is simply terrible. Not saying this specific play was his fault, but we are easily the worst baserunning team in the league and have been for some time.

This team's inability to get runners in from 3rd with 0 or 1 outs is pretty pathetic. Our pitching has been great (aside from Burnes meltdown) in May, but we are getting eaten alive by mental mistakes and really lack fundamentals

Why is Sedar still on this staff? Yes, he is dreadful. He must have compromising photos of Counsell somewhere...

No. No we're not and no he isn't. You just assume we are because you watch 100 Brewers games a year.

They made 19 outs at home last season. That was middle of the pack - 24 teams fell between 15 and 23 outs at home. They made 56 outs on the bases last season, 25 teams were between 46 and 64.
