Yeah it just feels like the Padres are way more dangerous than the Cubs.

I think it really is a horse apiece. Padres power bullpen is tough for the Brewers.

But the Brewers, roster wise, are not as talented as anyone in the playoffs, save for the Reds. So, just make these teams play and do what you gotta

Manny has the most postseason homers all time

Yes, Manny Rodriguez 29 postseason HR are most all time, two ahead of Jose Altuve with 27.

That was #12 for Machado.

Maybe. But statistically the brewers have a better offense, defense, rotation, and bullpen than the Cubs. Thats where I’d like to take my chances.

But you’re right that it’s San Diego’s top arms and bullpen that worry me.

Here’s what the brewers need to do.    When we have guys on second and third and no one out.   Get them in.   You will be ahead of the game when you watch these  other teams play.   That’s what we were good at in the middle of the year

Yes.   If you include every person named manny that has hit a homer.   😀😀😀😀

I wonder what first name has gotten the most homers in playoff history

having miller pitch multiple innings in a 3 run game when he just pitched yesterday, is a choice.

Probably because after a flight west before tomorrow's game, Miller probably wouldn't have been available regardless.  Gotta win today to play tomorrow - getting 2 innings from Miller today preserves other arms tomorrow, too.

Both teams doing a great job of stressing their pens only 2 games in, though.

edit - derp....guess I forgot the rules and didn't realize tomorrow was also in Wrigley, right?

Miller used to be a starter and might be again in the future. I’ll assume Miller is unavailable tomorrow.
