Murphy will have two surgeries done within the next few weeks, including this coming Thursday.

Injury: Low back strain
IL date: April 26 (15-day, retroactive to May 23)
Expected return: Early July
Status: Successfully navigated one live batting practice session as of June 21 and has another scheduled for June 23, after which the Brewers believe Henderson will be ready to go on rehab assignment. (last updated: June 21)

At least Perkins has been doing fine in his platoon vs lefties of late. Hopefully he maintains that and remains passable.    What a brutal injury for Lockridge, was having a good year kind of earning his mlb spot then this happens. Worst part is that it was a stupid play to try and dive for that ball he had no chance at
