Brewers at Marlins; Sunday, July 6 @ 12:40 p.m.: Brandon Woodruff (season debut) vs. Edward Cabrera (3.41 ERA, 3.83 FIP)

That was a lot of fun. Just an exceptional pitching day from the Brewers. Seeing Woodruff back on that mound and absolutely dealing like that was special.

Woodruff deserves today as much as anyone. Brewers get credit for sticking with him when they had no reason to expect today to come. Hope he stays healthy.

Living far from Milwaukee, I haven't seen very much of Sophia M in the past. But after her Spanish chat with Chourio, I totally love her brains guts and heart.  Plus she's cute.

She is in her 11th year reporting on the Brewers.  She is a Marquette grad, Spanish major.

Vaughn has a chance..

I'd say more than a chance. Seems to me a likelihood. He was pulled and PH for before his first AB today vs Memphis. Seemed, at that moment, with this news it became a near certainty.

I can not believe the Big Woo start we all just witnessed. That was electric. It seemed to me that was the most dialed in and accurate a starter has been all season for the Brewers. He was absolutely painting all facets of the Zone. Just an unreal performance. As he said previously, that come backer to the elbow appears to have been a mini miracle. He definitely tapped into some minor modifications that have bumped him up another level. What a performance. What a story. Quite easily my favorite 'W' of the season.

Agreed with those who said this was their favorite Brewer win. Watching Woo's interview after the game now and just so happy he's able to make it back, finally. A great Brewer.

Anyone know why A’s and Giants are playing at 7:05 Pacific tonight?

I'm guessing because it is an ESPN game that comes on after the Cards vs Cubs game.

Congrats to Freddy

ps I’m not sure why Murph has to throw the “ wonder if he would be traded “ stuff in there……..no reason for it…..especially at this moment.

Rangers and Padres are on ESPN after Cubs -Cards. This has me confused, and the reason wasn't easily found on the google.
