Nearly impossible given that AZ/SD series and that the Cubs have tiebreaker over both. They’d need to really collapse and basically win 2-3 games the rest of the way

Sophia is an ace at dodging the post-game water baths, but she appears to be no match for the division winning champagne spray. 😄

Braves tiebreaker watch: we're currently level in terms of intradivision record, having played two fewer games.

We have 2 vs the Pirates and 3 vs. the Cardinals to end the year.

Braves have 3 vs. the Marlins to end the year.

I think we're ahead far enough that it shouldn't matter (magic number is 6 with 22 games left, 11 for each team), but for those keeping track...

I’m not going to go through scenarios to figure it out, but I suspect that if the Brewers lose enough games to allow the Braves to tie them, they would probably lose the tiebreaker too.

Amazing run of successful seasons. The Brewers winning four straight division titles is something I didn’t think would happen while following the team from the mid-1980s on. Strange to live in the “good old days.”

MLB playoffs are always a bit of a randomness and luck. We’ll see what October baseball brings this year.

Rickey might be one of the most underrated baseball players of all-time. Like, JAWS says he's the 3rd best left fielder ever, behind Teddy Ball Game and Bonds. Depending on how you feel about the roids, the fact that there's zero evidence linking him to PEDs might matter too.

He probably like somewhere between the 26th and 30th man on the all-time MLB 26-man roster. I'm not sure people talk about him that way, but they should.

Huge bummer for Pratt sitting in the hotel sick.

Whole team's going to have the "flu-like symptoms" tomorrow.

I can't find the stat, because Google has gone to AI, but in his 130 steak season Henderson attempted to steal 172 times and had the opportunity to steal (on 1st or second, no one on in from of him) like 230 times (out something close to that). He ran like 80% of the time he had the chance to

4 more wins for the team record, 6 more wins to get to 100 and we have a week off before the playoffs.  No need to ask for help from the Cubs of all teams.

What do the Brewers get for winning 100 games? Exactly… only bragging rights. Hope that will make you happy, long term.

Yeah, I really don't care about the 100 games thing. I want the best record, rested players, and time for guys to recover from the little nicks from a long season.

6-5 for the last 11 would be the minimum I think it takes them to get the 1 seed.

Their magic number is 9 for that.
