1) Made Not 18 for 2 weeks, hitting .282/.404/.487 and it feels like he hasn't hit his stride just with a couple minor injuries.

2)Pratt   Great start to AA at 20, show great playe disapline 6 bb/7 k's

3)Misi     A very good start to the year, had a great outing today. It's only a matter of time before he is in the bigs.

4) Pena    He just rakes, the power potential and a half year older than Made leaves him a touch behind in prospect stature. However I feel pretty good saying he is going to hit .300+ with 60+ sb between a couple levels this year, oh yeah 4 k's to 7 bb.

5) Payne    Already showing some power and discipline 13 bb in 14 games. Another potential .300 60+ sb 18 year old.

6) Quero    Not playing yet hurts him some, just waiting anxiously. Probably my last guy I would have in a national top 100.

7) Bitonti     No HR's isn't to much of a worry because of the 2B's. The higher K's is manageable with the amount of walks.

8) Henderson    As demonstrated on Sunday, the upside is real. If he can get even a decent 3rd pitch their is top of the rotation potential.

9)Boeve     Like Quero hurt some just by missing the start of the year.

10)Adamchecski    My biggest jumper, the dude can hit. If he has another month like he had to start the year he will be in the Pena, Payne, Bitonti region.

11) Letson    Really solid start to the year, if he adds 1 mph per year there is a really good chance to be a top of the rotation arm in a couple years.

12) Yoho    I find it hard to decide who will be the long term closer between Uribe and Yoho. I think Yoho has the better mindset at this point.

13)Meccage  It sounds like the stuff has been as advertised. Decent start to the year.

14)CarRod    The hot start to the year restores some faith that there is solid #3 potential instead of just a 4/5 arm.

15) Gasser    It's hard to place a guy who hasn't pitched in a year.

16) Adams   Still getting on base but he is going to need to hit to meet some potential

17) Jadher    The defense and hit tool with good speed make him at least a high potential utility guy. He has the upside if the funky swing doesn't hinder him as he moves up the ladder.

18) Black    At some point the injuries and lack of positional home are starting to hurt his prospect status.

19)EMJ     The tools are just to loud even if he is a bit old as a prospect.

20) Patrick     It has only been 20+ big league innings but those have been indispensable to the Brewers withering the pitching injuries.

21) Durbin 22)Manny Rodriguez 23) Lara 24)Knoth 25) Burke 26) Hunt 27)Dinges 28) Wilken 29) Baez 30)Jose Anderson 31)Di Turri 32) Cornielle 33) Juan Ortuno 34) Bjorn Johnson 35)Hardin 36) Holobetz 37) Fenelon 38)Antunez 39) Acosta 40) Kuehner 41) Travis Smith 42) Demetrio Nadal 43) Dylan O'Rae 44) Tayden Hall 45)Yerlin 46)Birchard 47)Quintana 48)Hayden Robinson 49)Wande Torres 50)Wanderlyn King

I am sure I forgot someone obvious or important.

Man what a tough exercise, am I right? So many talented prospects at very different places.

I’m doing this on mobile, so it was a struggle to update. I’ll just say I tried to find a balance between upside and proximity to the bigs, but it was hard to find something I felt good about 8-20

60 OFP Struggling to stay healthy thus far, but all bad luck injuries. Production has been there for him already and he looks the part.
  2. Jeferson Quero
55 OFP Just need him to get healthy and see what the arm looks like. If the arm is still there, I still believe he’s got a chance to be an all-star level catcher.
  3. Luis Pena
55 OFP Wow, he looks incredibly advanced at the plate for an 18 year old in full-season ball. His swing is explosive and after maxing out at 106 MPH EV’s last year he’s already shown higher than that multiple times. Very athletic and looks the part defensively, despite some iffy errors thus far. He’s a T100 type of prospect, if not T50.
  4. Jacob Misiorowski
55 OFP I think there’s a pretty decent chance he sticks as a starter at this point… The zone rate is up over 50%, and the delivery is as repeatable and mechanically sound as I’ve seen it. It feels like the worst case scenario for him at this point is a souped-up, younger version of Trevor Megill with his fastball, curveball combo. That’s not even mentioning the slider.
  5. Braylon Payne
50 OFP He’s been extremely impressive so far, in fact he could probably be in the 55 tier. The power is showing up (HR with a 110 MPH EV!), the speed is evident on the bases and in center. Defensively the instincts are lacking a bit, and he’s had multiple miscommunications out there, but that can be cleaned up. He has 5 tool potential.
  6. Cooper Pratt
50 OFP I love Pratt and he doesn’t look out of place at all in AA as one of the younger players at the level. I don’t think he has the ceiling of most of the players above him, but the floor is pretty high. There’s a good chance he’s an everyday SS, which is very valuable.
  7. Logan Henderson
45+ OFP Still hoping to see at least one of the cutter/slider offerings become a solid third pitch, but we saw in his debut how good it can look when the fastball and changeup are working. Two borderline plus pitches.
  8. Bishop Letson
45+ OFP I love me some Bishop Letson. We’ve seen him into the mid-90’s with the most extension in all of MiLB, helping the velo play up even more. He throws both a 4 and a 2 seam fastball, has a filthy slider and a decent changeup. The command is going to be there. I think ceiling wise, he’s got the second highest for pitchers behind Miz.
  9. Robert Gasser
45+ OFP Not much to say here, we saw that he can perform in MLB, just need him to get healthy and hopefully return to where he was.
  10. Craig Yoho
45+ OFP He’s just filthy. I can’t imagine it will be very common for me to put a reliever in my top 10, but Yoho has forced my hand. He’s not going back to AAA anytime soon.
  11. Mike Boeve
45 OFP Boeve needs to get healthy, but I really believe in the bat and I think there’s power that is going to start to show in games. Hopefully can handle third enough to make that an option for him defensively.
  12. Eric Bitonti
45 OFP As much raw power as I have seen from a Brewers prospect. Mostly showing in doubles in 2025, those will be homers soon. There’s a bit more of a hit tool than you’d think, though swing and miss will be a big part of his game. He seems to adjust very well pitch to pitch.
  13. Josh Adamczewski
45 OFP I’m nothing if not an Adamczewski truther. I really think he is going to hit his way to the big leagues eventually. The defense at second is solid enough, and he has good instincts in the field. Also has noticeably hustled to back up bases multiple times, saving bases/runs and even recording some extra outs.
  14. Luke Adams
40+ OFP Not surprising that he has struggled early at AA. Throw in a swing simplification (read: swing change) and it’s even less surprising. I still think that he will figure it out as he adjusts. He had a bit of a slow start in High-A as well.
  15. K.C. Hunt
40+ OFP Struggling a bit early on, but the stuff still looks pretty good. I do have slight concerns about how the fastball will play, but at the same time, the secondaries are so good. May have jumped the gun a bit on him last year, but he’s still a legit SP prospect.
  16. Brailyn Antunez
40+ OFP Hearing good things from down in the DR. He’s popping a decent amount of 100 MPH EV’s and showing pop. He’s a great athlete and I really like his swing. Very excited to see how he performs in the DSL.
  17. Bryce Meccage
40+ OFP Up and down in his first few pro starts, but you can see the stuff is there. Fastball in the mid-90’s, breaking balls look really good and the kick-change is a pretty nice pitch as well. Command has come and gone so far which is not surprising for a HS pick early in his career.
  18. Brett Wichrowski
40 OFP Hope to see him healthy soon. Rollercoaster 2024, but he adjusted well to AA by the end of the season. The stuff is good, the slider/sweeper is filthy. Excited to see what he looks like now that he’s more well-adjusted to the level.
  19. Josh Knoth
40 OFP Out for the season. Showed nice flashes last year. Probably punishing him too much here, but I do worry a bit about the developmental timeline for him after TJ. The fastball played really well last year and he can really spin the breaking balls. Changeup a big time WIP. Command also a WIP. Will be interesting to see what he looks like next year.
  20. Brock Wilken
40 OFP He’s impacting the ball decently, but he seems way too passive to me. Almost 60% of his PA’s have ended in a K or BB. Defense has looked really solid at third base. Some signs of a bounceback, but not enough to get super excited.

I'll go T50 this time with my OFP tiers for the players:

9 pitchers in the top 20 speaks to the balance of the system.

Lots of future top 100 prospects. Top 5 should all be top 60 when the next rankings come out.

Top 3-5 system now. Best young farm in the game.

I have Woodward as a top 4 pitcher even though he’s down with TJ due to his stuff, when healthy, is probably the best in the system besides Misiorowski.

if it all clicks still the highest potential in the minors and he is already at AAA
  2. Jeferson Quero
should be in MLB if not for a lost 2024 due to injury
  3. Cooper Pratt
very high floor, and good ceiling, and at AA as a 20 year old and holding his own for now
  4. Jesus Made
clearly the potential is unlimited and #1 for BA list, but still in low A, has to have a full season to be ranked #1-3
  5. Luis Pena
the next best potential, also in low A which will be a theme here
  6. Braylon Payne
third best potential, and has speed and defense as very elite tools, but still at low A so not ready for top 5 yet.
  7. Tyler Black
unsure as the best pure hitter in the upper minors, but a down year and now an injury, he is easily overlooked so falls some but not out of the top 10
  8. Craig Yoho
dominant and fast rise, but only ranked here since he is a reliever
  9. Robert Gasser
another injured prospect, but his first taste of the bigs was so impressive. Maybe not more than a mid rotation pitcher, but essentially that is his floor.
  10. Mike Boeve
Another injured prospect, boy that is a lot of potential that is on the shelf. I will keep him on the list since he was so good as a hitter when he is on the field and can move quick if healthy
  11. Eric Bitonti
the best power potential in the whole system, still a teenager, but also still a low A and strikes out too much. If he can cut down the K and deliver on the power he is top 3 prospect.
  12. Bishop Letson
Arguable the best mix of projectability, performance and reliability in the pitchers after Miz and Yoho (Gasser is essentially a big leaguer if he can come back). Letson could rise or fall this year
  13. Jadher Areinamo
one of the most versatile players, hits for average, fields any place in the infield, has some gap power, and just looks like a leader. Probably a MLB 2B only so just outside top 10
  14. Josh Adamczewski
again the Mudcat bump as the whole team will be highly ranked. He is a 2B and maybe 3B, and he can hit for sure but still under 20 and still only at low A, so can be volatile to assess
  15. Brett Wichrowski
Another injured player yet to pitch this year, but has as intriguing mix of raw stuff last year
  16. Bryce Meccage
A top round pitcher, with good bloodlines and thows hard with an easy delivery. This was a top 5 prospect in Brewers system anytime between 1990 and 2015, but is now borderline top 15
  17. Logan Henderson
showed his potential in his big league debut. The lack of a reliable third pitch (yet), or top end velo will put him in the mid/back rotation trajectory. But he is MLB/AAA already.
  18. Luis Lara
He is so young AA already, and he has the defense to play in the bigs. He can hit, marginal power, so he stays on the list but may get sucked in the Southern League blackhole/vortex.
  19. Brock Wilken
Falling so quickly. The defense is real (which was the question), but the bat is now suspect (which was not the question until last year). Tons of power, and was a top pick so will keep him here, but he is in that Biloxi/SL black hole.
  20. Luke Adams
The Biloxi/Southern league vortex sucking in prospects here. He can/will likely be passed by some A ball or rookie league players, but I will keep him on my list for now because of his young age and the shear enthusiasm he brought to Mudcats and T-Rats prior

The next 5 are KC Hunt, Josh Knoth (if healthy would be on the list), EMJ (criminal that I didn't squeeze  him on this list I know), and the 2 DSL players (Fenelon and Antunez) based purely on the signing bonuses.
