Remarkable number of injuries to many of the systems top positional prospects has kept this top system from really showing its true strength. Boeve still not right. Quero just now getting his stroke back. Both need an offseason of strengthening, and expecting big years from both in 2026.

Same with Wilken-Adams-Dinges.

Also looking forward to more pitching gains made with the systems incredibly deep stable of projectable starter arms. Getting Woodward-Galindez-Knoth-Knarr-Broughton pitching in ST will be huge.

The best farm system in the game and next year they will seperate even more from the pack.

Has proved to be legit in A+, could a last week of the season AA peek be in store if he keeps it up ala Chourio.
  2. Luis Pena
I am not worried by the slow start in Appleton, 1 good week and his stat line will be back.
  3. Cooper Pratt
I had him trending towards like 5 but 2 strong weeks plus have restored my top 50 overall prospect.
  4. Jeferson Quero
He has really blasted some high exit velo hits the past couple weeks, it looks like the bat is as good as ever. It's really going to be hard not to have him be William's backup next year. Maybe you can keep him down a month just to gain the extra year of control.
  5. Logan Henderson
The injury stinks but he would probably be on a pretty strict innings pitch limit anyway. He has proven more than enough to get a rotation spot next year.
  6. Luke Adams
It would be nice to see him back this year however the upside is real and proven at this point. The in game power had started to come through and his elite on base skills haven't diminished as he has climbed.
  7. Luis Lara
It is time to give Lara some credit, at 20 in AA he is just to good not to be in the top 10, elite speed and defense with an improving bat.
  8. Braylon Payne
I gave him the nod over Dinges and Fischer based on age here, he has shown enough to validate the 1st round selection but as expected getting some consistency will be the next big step.
  9. Marco Dinges
Dinges has been ok since coming off the injury list, hopefully he can get back to mashing.
  10. Andrew Fischer
I don't know what to think of Fischer's debut so far, he is stealing some bases which I wouldn't have guessed however to bat isn't explosive yet.
  11. Bishop Letson
It is good to see him back off the injured list and pitching well, it would be nice to see him healthy the rest of the way.
  12. Blake Burke
It is hard to ignore how good he has been in AA, if he can stay hot the rest of the way he could be an option for some top 100 lists. I wanted to move him up even more but maybe need another week or 2.
  13. Josh Adamczewski
If he can stay healthy another guy who could make a big jump in the rankings by the end of the year.
  14. Brock Wilken
The beginning of the season is enough for him to hold in this range while injured. It's stinks he and Adams aren't healthy to get some AAA run this year and possibly be an option for the club at the beginning of next year.
  15. Brady Ebel
Just being in A ball shows how much the club believes in him, he had some hits this weekend to prove he isn't overmatched.
  16. Robert Gasser
Gasser has looked strong, he should provide some valueable innings for the big league club soon, maybe taking a role like DL Hall has had.
  17. Eric Bitonti
I have dropped him the most in my ranking since last month (I think had like 7th/8th), with his streakiness he could rocket up quickly. It's easy to forget he is still 19 and with his big frame consistency may take some more time.
  18. Ethan Dorchies
His strikeout numbers put him a bit ahead of the other young HS pitchers from 2024. I have Dubaniwicz a bit lower but the 2 man wrecking crew is hard to beat.
  19. JD Thompson
I would be nice to see him for a few outings this year, I am interested to see what the club does with his stuff. It sounds like the fastball/change are plus but the breaking pitcher need some work to get to the next level.
  20. Craig Yoho
It's hard to ignore a 0.88 era in AAA, I would like to see him get another chance in the bigs. I still think he is a huge bullpen piece for us for a long time,

21-30 Kuehner, Hardin, Meccage, Dubanewicz, Crow, Wichrowski, Melvin Henandez, Manny Rodriguez, Cairone, Knoth

All pitchers who have shown the ability to be big time guys if they can just harness small improvements to stuff, control, or injuries. For me this part of our system is what makes our minor league organization better than anyone else's.

31-40 Boeve, DeBerry, Dickinson, Antunez, Fenelon, Morrison, CarRod, Black, Hunt, Anderson

I haven't given up on CarRod or Black however they do need to have a nice end of the season to continue to ensure 40 man roster spots.

41-50 Di Turri, Encarnacion, Woodward, Bjorn Johnson, Birchard, Renz, Tobias, Flores, Matt Wood, CJ Hughes

  1. Jesus Made
65 OFP The bat is still showing a bunch of signs of being special, but the pleasant surprise this year is that the glove is also showing signs of being special. There's a Prime Francisco Lindor type of ceiling here.
  2. Luis Pena
60 OFP Really fun to watch at the plate. Chase rate is around 30%, which is the one nit-pick right now, but love the swing and his ability to drive the ball has been a huge development this year. Defensively, I do have concerns about the actions and the hands, but there's so much athleticism and a great arm, so I'm giving it time. Worst case, he's likely a pretty good outfielder with his speed.
  3. Cooper Pratt
55 OFP Pratt has started to tap into some more power, and he's up to a 115 wRC+ in the Southern League, while going 28/33 on SB attempts. I still think there's going to be more and more power as he progresses. The defense is very good, and he's got the ability to play SS long term, for sure. Just a matter of whether Made will allow it.
  4. Jeferson Quero
50 OFP Quero is starting to impact the ball again, and that's what I needed to see. He chases a ton but has really impressive bat to ball skills on those pitches. Still something I'd like to see cleaned up at least a bit more. The defense has been good, and the arm is still trending a bit more positively. If the arm was where it used to be, I'd still have him in the top 2 overall.
  5. Marco Dinges
50 OFP Seeing Dinges in person has not done anything to lower my opinion of him. The bat speed is immense, the swing decisions are solid. I think he may need to tone down the swings a bit at times, as it's sort of pedal to the medal at all times. Love the way the glove is progressing. I do think he needs to learn not to wear his emotions on his sleeve as often. Especially as a catcher.
  6. Braylon Payne
50 OFP Payne is one that I am betting on the upside, and I think people are overlooking him in this system. He is going to have to cut down on the whiffs, but he *just* turned 19 a couple weeks ago, and has shown big time speed, along with potentially above-average or better power, and defensive ability in the center. Lot of Garrett Mitchell in this profile, but (due to being a HS pick rather than college) with a lot more runway to develop the bat to ball skills.
  7. Tyson Hardin
45+ OFP Hardin has moved to my top pitching prospect in the org, because I think there's TOR upside some of the others just below him don't have. The fastball is a carrying pitch, it's one of the more interesting fastballs in all of minor league baseball, due to the VAA, IVB and velo it possesses. I like the secondaries quite a bit, especially the cutter and sweeper. There's just a ton to like here, and I haven't even mentioned how he's been one of the best in baseball at limiting walks.
  8. Logan Henderson
45+ OFP Henderson's flexor issue doesn't sound major, but never ideal. He has two pitches that are bordering on plus, and the cutter has made some strides. He probably tops out as a mid-rotation type without further improvement from the cutter/slider, but that's a really nice arm to have.
  9. Bishop Letson
45+ OFP Letson returned from the IL with a new cutter, adding to an already very fun repertoire. Lots of 93 and 94 and even some 95 in his return. Barring injuries in his first two seasons, he'd likely be ahead of Henderson and have a very good case for being ahead of Hardin too.
  10. Robert Gasser
45+ OFP Stuff is essentially the exact same as it was in his MLB debut last year. He's got a very good chance of being a middle of the rotation type.
  11. Andrew Fischer
45+ OFP Fischer is interesting. I like the swing, though I don't love how he starts his hands, feels like he creates some unnecessary movement. But I think he's going to hit. I do think he's a 1B, maybe capable of handling LF, but 3B is a major WIP right now. Moves decently once he gets going on the bases. Some things to clean up, but I could see a late 2026 MLB debut without being surprised.
  12. Josh Adamczewski
45 OFP Adamczewski can really hit. I think the hit tool might be getting a little overhyped, but I think there's potential for above-average hit and power tools, with tremendous swing decisions. Second base is the only infield spot he can handle, but I think he's fine there. Wonder if they try LF at all.
  13. Brock Wilken
45 OFP Wilken is rehabbing in the Bridge League, so I wonder if we see him back in Biloxi before year end? He was showing a lot of good this year. Good eye, swinging a bit more often, the power was showing up, and he looked like a sure-fire third baseman to my eye.
  14. Luis Lara
45 OFP Lara is a legitimately elite centerfielder. For my money, the best defensive outfielder in the system, by a decent amount. He's also been a better than average hitter in AA, as the fourth-youngest hitter at the level. His plus speed has him 35/41 on SB attempts too, with improved jumps this year.
  15. Luke Adams
45 OFP Like Wilken, Adams is rehabbing in the Bridge League, so it's possible we will see him back in Biloxi before year end as well. The bat has played so well. The Brewers seem to have him pegged as a first base only type now, which lowers some value. I would still like to see a *bit* more aggressiveness at the plate, but I really enjoy Adams' game and think there's a very real shot he's a big league caliber player.
  16. Bryce Meccage
45 OFP Outside of some pretty major struggled in June, immediately following a bout with a bad illness, Meccage has looked the part of a young pitching prospect. Fastball has been up to 98, but often sits more 93-95, with solid characteristics. The breakers are his best pitches, the changeup could be solid, and I'd like to see him use it more. Command has been up and down, but mostly pretty solid outside of that stretch post-illness. Will be very interesting to watch him next spring.
  17. Ethan Dorchies
45 OFP The walks have been too high in Low-A, but the strikeout stuff is clearly there, and I'm not really convinced that he has bad command. I think he nibbles a bit too much and it hurts him, more than being unable to be in and around the zone. The fastball is 91-93, T95 and decent specs. I *love* the splitter, and like the wide array of pitches he throws in general. Doesn't turn 19 until October. Lot to like here.
  18. Coleman Crow
45 OFP Crow looked so good in AA, his debut in AAA was great, his second start was rough and now he's been on the IL since then with an undisclosed injury. I really liked what I saw from the stuff when he was healthy, and assuming he is healthy this offseason, I'm adding him to the 40 man without a second thought.
  19. Brailyn Antunez
45 OFP The numbers were not very good in the DSL, but I have continued to hear good things here. I'm sticking with Antunez as the top guy in this class for now.
  20. Frank Cairone
45 OFP It's probably a bit aggressive to have him at 20, but I just think Cairone is a perfect fit for the Brewers and how they do things. I love the delivery, the fastball shape, the ability to spin it, the fact he won't turn 18 until mid-September. There's just a lot to like.

I'll go up to my top 128 this time around (which is all of my 35 OFP or higher players I currently have ranked).

A reminder that I view the tiers as much more important than the rankings, especially once you get outside of the Top 10-20.

On my personal spreadsheet, 30+ through 40 tiers tend to have quite a bit of shuffling done throughout the year, but it's harder to move into the 40+ tier and higher

Not a whole lot of movement for me from last vote.

Bumped Quero / Gasser a couple spots up in the #3 to #5 already some MLB / on the cusp tier due to getting healthier.

Slid Adamczewski up to the bottom of the #6 to #12 position player tier with his return from injury.

Pitchers from #13 to #20 are more or less ordered by proximity / health status with the new guy and reliever Yoho at the end.

Big insert for me from just outside to the Top 20 up to #11 is Luis Lara though. Here are a pair of Biloxi stat groupings as of August 27...

259/368/345 (116 wRC+)
13.9 BB% | 15.7 K%
35 SB / 6 CS

249/354/365 (115 wRC+)
12.8 BB% | 15.1 K%
28 SB / 5 CS

Pretty dang close. Pratt has shown a little more pop (.116 vs .086 ISO), is a SS, and has a bigger frame to dream on some more future power at some point so he's no doubt the better prospect of the two, but with Lara keeping pace from a production standpoint while being a few months younger and playing a top end CF himself felt like he had earned the boost. Has improved each of his walk rate (8.4% to 13.9%), BABIP (.287 to .313), and SB success rate (76.3% to 85.4%) from last year in Wisco while maintaining an identical 15.7% K rate.
