  1. Jackson Chourio
    creme de la cream
  2. Jeferson Quero
great backstop who can also hit? pinch me.
  3. Jacob Misiorowski
aggressive promoting will only help him in the long run
  4. Tyler Black
I've been on the side of giving him a shot in the bigs at DH this year, his eye/speed/contact tools are that good
  5. Brock Wilken
    love his stroke
  6. Sal Frelick
graduating before the end of the year, but this is about right for his level - his eye is fantastic
  7. Robert Gasser
surprisingly good year as it's progressed
  8. Abner Uribe
back end of bullpen mainstay here likely!
  9. Mike Boeve
great start to his career, he and Wilken will be looked back on as one of the better 1-2 punches drafted that we have seen here
  10. Luis Lara
    potential potential potential.
  11. Carlos F Rodriguez
  12. Eric Brown Jr
  13. Luke Adams
  14. Cooper Pratt
  15. Josh Knoth
  16. Eric Bitonti
  17. Robert Moore
  18. Daniel Guilarte
  19. Yophery Rodriguez
  20. Hendry Mendez

  1. Jackson Chourio
Well, that was a good month
  2. Jeferson Quero
I probably still have him closer to No. 1 than most
  3. Sal Frelick
More a reflection on how high I am on Quero than anything about Frelick
  4. Jacob Misiorowski
Great ceiling, but it might take a little time
  5. Tyler Black
    Just keeps hitting
  6. Robert Gasser
Has really turned it on at a very hitter-friendly level
  7. Carlos F Rodriguez
Needs to trim the walks, but not really getting hit at double-A
  8. Luke Adams
I get some of the concerns, but guys who hit this well, this young have a tendency to at least get to the big leagues
  9. Brock Wilken
    So far so good.
  10. Yophery Rodriguez
    Among the DSL's best hitters
  11. Josh Knoth
Still bizarrely confident about this pick
  12. Luis Lara
Tailing off slightly, and there are some upside concerns, but that hit tool ...
  13. Cooper Pratt
Gotten off to a good start so far in Arizona
  14. Abner Uribe
Once again, the reliever gets dinged for being a reliever
  15. Eric Brown Jr
More a function of other guys moving up.
  16. Mike Boeve
I was skeptical, but maybe the Tyler Black comparison one poster made has some chance of proving accurate.
  17. Logan Henderson
If he can stay healthy ...
  18. Bradley Blalock
Seems to have solid upside. Nice trade pickup
  19. Patricio Aquino
Keeps chugging along, striking guys out.
  20. Jesus Rivero
Love the strikeouts and how difficult he has been to hit. Now about those walks ...

Bumped up Boeve in a big way for his early performance (I think I had him mid-to-late 30s after the draft). Based upon the college scouting reports, I was worried he would end up like Dustin Demuth, a solid minor leaguer but not one who stood out enough in any area to ascend to the higher levels of prospectdom. Seems there might be more there than that.

It came down to eight players for the final two spots, with a couple of guys I ranked last time, Low and Cornielle, being the first eliminated, As usual, when in doubt I went with pitching, picking Aquino and Rivero over Mendez, Guilarte, Bitonti, and Di Turi.

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

  1. Jackson Chourio
Arguably the best prospect in Baseball
  2. Jeferson Quero
Loved Quero from his time in Wisconsin. This is a true breakout. Elite glove and bat is starting to show what it can do
  3. Sal Frelick
Already tearing up the MLB with elite contact skills
  4. Tyler Black
Elite eye with power really beginning to show up. Dollar store Votto that has exploded this year.
  5. Jacob Misiorowski
One of the nastiest pitchers in the minors. Have concerns about his high effort delivery. The stuff speaks for itself though. TOP 100 arm but some reliever risk
  6. Robert Gasser
Mid rotation arm with good shape to fastball and slider. Back end top 100 most likely. Needs to consistently throw strikes but will be a mainstay in the rotation for years to come
  7. Brock Wilken
1st round pick off to promising start in Appleton. High power potential and see a little Austin Riley in him.
  8. Luis Lara
Switch hitting 4 tool player. Hopefully the power comes but watching him he has a little thunder in his bat waiting to tap into.
  9. Carlos F Rodriguez
Exciting season for Rodriguez. Numbers are eyepopping. Hope they challenge him in AAA soon.
  10. Abner Uribe
He'd be top 3 if he had an ounce of control. Long as he throws strikes he is extremely tough to hit. +++ fastball
  11. Cooper Pratt
Favorite pick in the draft. Think there is a really special lump of clay to develop. Power will come with his frame and he is a phenomenal fielder with good bat to ball skills.
  12. Josh Knoth
Great FB for a smaller guy in stature and the curve is absolutely filthy. Love young guys with a feel for that pitch.
  13. Eric Brown Jr
I have concerns about the power. Watching EBJ he looks the part. Good eye very selective sometimes too much but the lack of power I thought would be there has not shown up still a slick fielder and runner.
  14. Eric Bitonti
Think there is some swing and miss concerns but the 6'4 frame is something you can dream on with his power potential. Saw video out of the ACL and he looks a bit like a young young belli.
  15. Mike Boeve
Off to a red hot start. I wonder if the power stroke is legit. Even if it isn't it is a high contact guy with a great eye at the plate. We take those in Milwaukee.
  16. Yophery Rodriguez
LIGHTING up the DSL. Could this be another Chourio? Cannot wait to see him stateside. He hits the ball where its pitched and hits it far
  17. Robert Moore
Bob Moore is a fun player and a total gamer. Never will a superstar but maybe a super utility man. He lives and breathes the game and you can see it in person. Guy just grinds. I like players like that.
  18. Bradley Blalock
From the Urias trade I do not know much or have not seen him. Arnold says he is one of the best pitching prospects in our system and I will take his word on it.
  19. Luke Adams
Ugly Ugly Ugly swing. But hey as long as it works right the EV numbers are elite in A ball along with FB%.
  20. Logan Henderson
Was between Henderson and Aquino. I like henderson and I think his stuff will play. Leads A ball in Ks since All star break.

I'm just going to say right off the bat I immediately regret my placement of Lara. Got way too caught up with lack of current in-game power. If the Brewers feel comfortable enough to promote him to A+ at 18, that tells me all I need to know. I'd probably insert him right behind Wilken in a rerank.

Scanning through everyone’s lists this feels like one of the more consensus votes we’ve had.

A few ballots ended up at 20/20, and most only differed by like one or two at the end.

Wouldn’t be surprised if there were 12 or 13 guys that were on every list.

I can't believe I voted (a moment of hallucinatory bliss). I can't believe I didn't include RHP Logan Henderson in my tally. Amateur hour over here. 😅 Speaks to how far the Farm has come.

I’m seeing him at #16 on your ballot.

Double hallucination.

SEE! I shouldn't participate in these things. I lose sight of, well, everything apparently.

Could see a Lara/Chourio type breakout next year, especially if he skips the ACL like they did.

Man, if they push Yophery to Carolina that could be a really fun lineup between him, Pratt, Bitonti, O’Rae, Baez and then guys like Satchell Norman and maybe even Reece Walling that’ll be getting bumped up too.
